Dan has created a program, The CIA Method, which trains sales professionals to win their best deal every time.

Dan dedicated part of his life to helping his country when he worked for the CIA as a Polygraph Examiner and Special Investigator. Dan also applied his skills for the National Counterterrorism Center, where his work was used in intelligence assessments for the President of the United States in the War on Terror.

Working for Tony Robbins Dan learned Coaching & Consulting and is a Certified Hypnotherapist. His coaching program, Elite Mental Game, is used in all major sports and those athletes continue to win Championships.

Dan has personally sold over 100 million dollars in products and services for various industries in over twenty years of sales. With ten years of management experience, Dan is a true force multiplier leading his teams to record-breaking sales. His experience and training have made him an expert at sales and led him to help businesses and individuals do the same.

Dan has authored multiple books, including “Is He Lying To You?” which has now been translated into 23 editions and has become a worldwide bestseller. Dan's newest book is available titled, "CIA Method."

Dan is a frequent guest in national media and a recognized speaker on sales, recruiting, sports psychology and identifying deception. He has spoken all over the world and has trained thousands of people.

In addition to holding an active Top Secret Clearance from the US Government, Dan earned a degree in Marketing from George Mason University, a Certificate of Graduate Study in Forensic Psychophysiological Detection of Deception and has been certified by the Defense Academy for Credibility Assessment.
